Each company's data on the platform is completely isolated and private. We do not share, sell, or disclose your lead data to any third party except as required by law. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The WhatsApp scheduling feature opens the WhatsApp application on your device with a pre-filled message. This feature does not send messages automatically — the user must manually press Send within the WhatsApp application. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent via WhatsApp and must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable laws regarding commercial messaging.
The AI assistant feature uses artificial intelligence to analyse your lead notes and provide follow-up reminders and suggestions. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. The People Project makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You should always apply your own judgement before acting on any AI suggestion.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and features, is owned by The People Project and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The People Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
